True Thankfulness

As the days narrow down from the top of the year, the end of the year is near and some would say the end of the WORLD is too.  That is a whole nother subject, but I do feel that it is the signs of the times are reveakling what many are afraid of. People that are caught up in the hype the WORLD, meaning the distractions that are placed in front of the lost so they cannot find the one way to real life....JESUS!!! In future posts (maybe even a whole nother BLOG) I will discuss more spiritual matters that people should be aware of for thier own salvation......But until them I want to give thanks for the time that we are here, the family and friends that have placed around me (and from a distance...my younger sister live in Texas) and the knowlege that I do have to pass that on to those that are unaware of the happenings....I wanted to give a list of 10 things that  I am thankful for. Then I will post a little video i put together from this past Halloween party me and some friends attended ( have me the harvesty inspiration to do my Thankful List....Here GOES!!!

10 Things I am Thankful for

1. God's grace and Jesus' undying love for us
2. Broken genereational strongholds
3. My boyfriend for coming in my LIFE at the time of my passion for spiritual growth and understanding the meaning of true love.
4. Friends that I've had for ever that know the true meaning of friendship and look at it the same way I do...
5. My Sister for having full understanding of our circumstances and always being the glue to whatever project you involve yourself in
6. KAISER...my primary job.........gotta have them bennies....

Things in the works.....

I just wanted to post a "KEEP YOUR EYES PEELED" message.  I will be uploading my newest video/slideshow of a makeup look inspired by my wonderful experience I had this past weekend (SUN 11/20/11). Myself and some friendz joined eacother for a wonderful live performance by non other than GOAPELE herself( if you don't know her music, do your research and listen to her music....amazing).  The show was so sultry.  The venue was great (thumbs up Yoshi's Oakland, Ca) and the Band was on point.  But the performance was something that was put on my TO-DO list a long time ago. 

As the day got closer and closer to the time, my excitment was building.  AND IT WAS WELL WORTH IT (I wish the few lil' ol' clips of video I did get was clear or I would have included it in my slideshow/video)

And now the GRAND FINALE of my post for the day......pictures of me and my friends and my recreated look.......WOOT! WOOT!

Now what made me upset about this whole experience was that I also recorded a semi-tutorial for this look, only for it not to pull up into my program properly, so I will try to work on that........

The EXCITEMENT is building!!!

So to start my blog off with a bang!!! BOOOM BAM..... I gotta give ya a lil about me so that I can get to know a lil about you.....My name is Nicole and my primary job is in health care.  I have worked for Kaiser Permanente as a Medical Assistant for the last 10 years.   But my passion is fashion and beauty, crafts and creating.....anything.  I love sewing, makeup, hair, laughing and having fun while living this wonderful life we all have been blessed with from the heavens above....Thank you Jesus! I can honestly say that I wish I started blogging a long time ago because even the last 11 months have been quite eventful, not to mention that there is always a story for everything and always something to share.  So before I jump right into the main purpose of the blog(Show and Tells, pix from different looks , shoots, gigs, fun times ect..)
